Who Am I

I'm a certified performance and identity coach helping athletes stay composed under pressure.

My work blends psychology, business frameworks, and somatic understanding to help athletes accept all parts of themselves and understand the impact of both internal and external factors.

We don't just train performance — we train character.

Background

I spent over 15 years immersed in performance — eight in ballet, nine in theater — learning how focus, presence, and discipline live in the body. Later, business school gave me a framework for how the world works.

What I've Learned

Athletes tend to overtrain their bodies and undertrain the mind — analyzing, anticipating, overcontrolling. I learned that firsthand when I developed chronic back pain. Healing it through meditation and self-work taught me what real regulation feels like — awareness anchored in the body, not managed by the mind. That experience shaped how I coach: teaching athletes to move from control to presence, and from pressure to stability.
